The Clannad Newsblog Shutting Down

For more than 15 years i've brought you the latest and most actual news facts about Clannad and it's members. What once started somewhere in 2010-2011 with some uncertain steps on the internet with a website called "Ed's Clannad Pages", finally grew to the blog as we know it now, The Clannad Newsblog.

During the years the internet has changed. For example; In the beginning, making pics and videos of concerts and publishing them, was something special. (and mostly illegal..grin)  Nowadays it's easy doing the same with smartphones.
Next to that, in those days the only social media was a website or blog, Twitter just started to grow. Today there's Facebook, YouTube. Instagram, Whatsapp and many more, and all for free! Unfortunately with the consequence of descending numbers of visitors on this blog.

I feel that the time has come to shut down this blog,  from around 22 October 2017.
All those years i've been working on it with a lot of pleasure, hope you enjoyed it.
The Facebook pages of The Clannad Newsblog will continue but on a lower level of topicality.

All the best !
