Moya Brennan & Cormac De Barra On Festival Interceltique de Lorient

Moya Brennan & Cormac De Barra will play on the 44th Festival Interceltique de Lorient 2014. During the "Grande Soirée de la Harpe Celtique" (the Great Evening of the Celtic Harp) on 9th August 2014 they'll play at the Palais des Congrès. The performance starts around 9.30PM. Tickets cost just € 15.50.

This Tuesday, 8th April 2014, Moya Brennan and Cormac De Barra perform their Voices & Harps show in  "the Klub 45 Room" of Connolly's Pub & restaurant in Manhattan New York and combine the evening with Aisling Jarvis’s very first album launch. It all starts at 7PM local time.

Voices&Harps In Emory University Atlanta

Moya Brennan and Cormac De Barra bring their Celtic collaboration "Voices and Harps" to Emory University for a concert this Friday 4th April at 8PM at the Schwartz Center for Performing Arts in Atlanta USA. Their Emory performance will feature favorites such as "I Will Find You," a love song written for the 1992 award-winning film "Last of the Mohicans," as well as "Theme From Harry’s Game" by Clannad and "Sailing," a remake of the classic song by Christopher Cross and much more. Tickets are still available.

Clannad London Concert Video

Last saturday, 29 March 2014, Clannad played in London at the O2 Sheperds Bush Empire, the last concert of the UK Clannad / Mary Black double bill concert tour. One of the songs was "Dúlamán" a great song for jamming and improvisation. Have a lot of fun with the video.

Clannad & Mary Black Concert Nottingham Review

Last Tuesday, 25th March, Clannad & Mary Black played at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham, home of the legendary Robin Hood. Clannad wrote the title music for the tv-series "Robin Of Sherwood" that ran from 1984 to 1986 on the ITV network. For sure this music was part of the Clannad performance, that was reviewed in the Nottingham Post.

Moya Brennan & Cormac De Barra In Ten14 Tour

Moya Brennan and Cormac De Barra will perform at The Ark in Dublin's Temple Bar, as well as six venues across the country on April 19 and 21, taking part in a series of nationwide concerts commemorating 1000 years since the Battle of Clontarf. They celebrate the story of High King Brian Boru and his love of the instrument. Brennan has also written a song entitled Ten14 specifically for the commemorative event. The Irish tour of Ten14 is presented with the support of an Arts Council Touring Award and Brennan will perform at Draoicht in Blanchardstown, Riverbank Art Centre in Newbridge, Mermaid Arts Centre in Bray, AnGrianán Theatre in Letterkenny, glór in Ennis and Dunamaise Arts Centre in Portlaoise.
