Norland Wind did it again last night at the Tilia festival. Aniar was there to warm up, and Tracey showed she really can play whistle well after only four weeks of practice. Then it was time for Norland Wind with their front man Thomas Loefke. With a handful of traditional songs and melodies and short solo performances of Kerstin Blodig, Matthias Kießling and Clannad founders Noel and Padraig Duggan, they got the audience clapping and singing along. Also thumbs up for guest fiddlers Liv Vester Larsen and Hal Parfitt Murray. The Tilia festival continues on sunday with a concert of Kieran Goss at 8PM.
